From last January:::

We should make some
bets for 2011, perhaps it'll keep this newsgroup alive. :)
Sure, but I don't think I'll bet on Spies not getting a win this year!
I'll bet $25 USD Rossi and Hayden are both shut out.
No wins.
I need to support Rider's for Health anyway.
Any takers?

I'll bite. Though I like Nicky, it wouldn't be much of a surprise if
he can't win a race. But Rossi? I think he's got one more in him,
regardless of what bike he's on.
-----------------------------------------------

This weekend and Valencia are all that are left. Perhaps you should
warm up your check book just in case.

Heh, well we've got Rossi's favourite circuit this weekend... but I still
think DaveW will be paying out.

Horrible. So saddening.

I thought Simoncelli and Spies would be even further forward on the
1000s.

It's a shame - I thought Nicky and Vale looked promising in that first
50 yards.

Way to go DaveW! Thanks!

Next year Rossi might have a real frame, Hayden might have a
better time with a 1000. We'll see how testing goes.

Go fast. Take chances.
