Anyone else see it?

The two top riders in the championship were head-to-head for the whole
race, never more than a couple of bike lengths apart. I lost count of
the number of overtakes.

Given this, the final outcome was predictable. I won't post what
happened here in case anyone is still expecting to watch it; it really
is worth tracking down if you can.

Yup. Amazing to watch. And inevitable. Sad that when they picked
themselves up, they restarted the wrong way round.

Mebbe. But had KS not crossed the line first, I would expect EL to
have been penalised. You can't crash into someone and profit from it.

If they had stayed on and EL had been penalised [1] I think it would
have been harsh.

Yes, he was on the edge, struggling to stop and turn but if he'd
missed the white line I think he'd have stayed on and they'd both have
gone wide and KS would have had the run to the line.

Oh sure, it was a real do or die move, and watching in slow mo you can
see that the front went on the dip where the curb meets the track,
which is also painted white.

I'm not saying he shouldn't have tried, just that you shouldn't profit
from causing your opponent to crash.

Eventually it will be here:

http://www.worldsbk.com/en/videos/magazines.html

They'll cover the superbike races and the supersport race in a nice
20-minute video.
